My clients benefit from a compassionate, safe space where they feel free to be their authentic selves. I work with adult individuals on the following issues: anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, burnout, specific phobias and fears, life transitions, low self-worth, relationship dynamics, and more.

EMDR is a powerful form of therapy that helps our brains heal from trauma, adversity, or other distressing events. It is recognized as a best practice for treating PTSD in combat veterans by the Veterans Administration and the Department of Defense. However, you don’t need to experience PTSD to benefit from EMDR. Research has shown that it effectively and efficiently treats a variety of other issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and phobias, taking less time to do so than traditional talk therapy.

Phobias are a category of anxiety disorders that cause intense fear or panic about an object or situation. While I have treated a variety of phobias, I specialize in the treatment of Emetophobia, an often misunderstood, misdiagnosed, and difficult-to-treat phobia. Emetophobia can make your world smaller by avoiding situations that you once enjoyed, isolating yourself from others, and feeling deeply uncomfortable in your own body.
Inviting our THOUGHTS and FEELINGS into AWARENESS allows us to LEARN from them rather than be DRIVEN BY them.
