So Glad You’re Here!

Hi there!

I’m Amy Clark (she/her) and I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Coach. I received my Master’s degree in Counseling from City University of Seattle and EMDR training from the Humanitarian and Assistance Programs (HAP). Those who know me well describe me as a deeply curious and compassionate person. My goal is to bring those qualities into every session.

You are unique and so are the events that have shaped you. Those events contribute to both your health and distress. I’m here to help you process the difficulties and build on your strengths. Together, we will find a path that works for you so that you can overcome the issues of the past to live a healthier, more content present, and experience a brighter future.

Whether that’s biking down a gravel path, hiking in the mountains, birding – did you see that spotted towhee?, eating or preparing delicious meals, reading good books, or laughing until it hurts.

I look forward to meeting you wherever you are on life’s journey!
